Section 321 fulfillment, with the rules checked first
Section 321 is the US de minimis idea: some low-value parcels clear with lighter formalities. We can fulfill those orders from the Miami area once your broker says the shipment still qualifies. The rulebook has been moving.
Stage the inventory, then confirm the parcel qualifies
Cross-border brands used Section 321 to send individual parcels to US shoppers without treating every box like a formal entry. That description is the history. Eligibility, value limits, and country-specific treatment have changed and can change again. Nothing on this page is a customs ruling.
Inventory can sit in our customs-bonded warehouse in Miami. A shopper order is picked, packed, and handed to a domestic carrier once the entry path is settled, so the customer sees a US shipment. Ground from here is 1 to 3 days, and orders ahead of the daily cutoff ship the same day.
If a product, origin, or value no longer fits de minimis treatment, we stop and wait for a different plan. Selling speed is not a reason to guess at Customs and Border Protection rules.

What is included
A path for qualifying parcels
Low-value shipments handled under the Section 321 treatment your broker says currently applies.
Inventory staged near the buyer
Product held in the Miami area so a cleared order can move as a domestic parcel.
DTC order fulfillment
Individual orders picked and packed from the catalog you are allowed to ship this way.
Cross-border ecommerce
Order flow for sellers whose inventory did not start in a US store.
Your broker in the loop
Entries follow the instructions of the customs broker. We do not freelance the classification.
Domestic last mile
USPS, UPS, FedEx, or a regional carrier once the parcel is cleared to move.
Why brands use this
A shorter ride after clearance
Once an order may ship domestically, Miami is closer to the shopper than another ocean transit.
Formalities that match the parcel
Qualifying shipments avoid a heavier entry. Qualifying is a current-rule question, not a permanent label.
We will say when we are unsure
If eligibility is fuzzy, the honest move is to pause and ask CBP's published guidance or your broker.
