You can ask 3PL Zone to erase personal information we hold about you. This page explains the request. A lawyer should review it before it is treated as policy.
Where to send the request
Use the contact page and the email address tied to the information. Say clearly that you want personal data deleted so the note is not read as a sales inquiry.
We need to know it is you
Before anything is erased, we may ask a question that shows the request comes from the person the data is about. That step protects the record from a stranger.
What we erase
We delete personal information we are not required to keep, then tell you when that is done.
What may have to stay
Some records have to stay because a law requires them. Tax, accounting, and fraud prevention are the usual reasons. We do not use those retained records as a reason to keep marketing to you.
