FBA prep that matches the shipment plan

Most stalled inbound shipments fail for boring reasons: a second barcode, a set that can come apart, a carton that does not match the plan. The fix is prep done against that plan, not against a memory of last quarter's rules.

Product can arrive from a domestic supplier or from overseas. We count it, look for obvious damage, apply FNSKU labels, bag or wrap when the category requires it, build bundles that stay bundles, and ship to the fulfillment centers on the shipment.

Turnaround is 1 to 2 business days from a clean receipt to the outbound truck. Messy freight is still inspected first. The clock starts once the count matches.

    Freight can land here from a factory or a domestic vendor. We reconcile the count to the paperwork.

    Each sellable unit gets the label Amazon assigned, covering the manufacturer barcode.

  • Poly bagging and wrap

    Poly bags, suffocation warnings, and bubble wrap when the product or the rule calls for them.

  • Kitting and bundling

    Multipacks and gift sets assembled so the fulfillment center cannot split them.

  • FBA cartonization

    Cartons packed and labeled to the Amazon shipment, then tendered to the assigned fulfillment centers.
