B2B fulfillment

B2B and wholesale fulfillment in Miami

Retail and wholesale buyers do not want a DTC parcel. They want cartons and pallets that match a routing guide. We build those shipments from the Miami area.

Overview

B2B fulfillment that follows the routing guide

A consumer order forgives a slightly different box. A retailer chargeback does not. The label, the case pack, the pallet pattern, and the advance ship notice all have to match the routing guide the buyer sent.

Purchase orders can arrive through EDI or a simpler handoff, depending on the account. We turn that order into picked cases, GS1-128 carton labels where the guide requires them, and the ASN the retailer expects. Freight is quoted as LTL or FTL based on the load, not out of habit.

The same warehouse can still ship your website. B2B and DTC orders share inventory, with rules for which channel may take the last cases.

What is included

  • EDI when the retailer needs it

Purchase orders, ship notices, and invoices can move electronically once the trading partner is connected.

  • Advance ship notices

ASNs go out because the routing guide requires them, not as an afterthought on the dock.

  • GS1-128 carton labels

GS1-128 and SSCC labels where the routing guide asks for them, placed where the DC looks.

  • Routing guide compliance

Pack, label, and carrier choice follow that retailer routing guide, not a generic house style.

  • Case and pallet builds

Inner packs, floor-ready displays, and pallet loads built for a distribution center.

  • LTL and FTL

LTL or a full truckload, compared for the lane you are actually moving.

Benefits

Why brands use this

Retailer-compliant outbound

GS1-128 carton labels, ASNs, and the routing guide are standard on retail shipments, which is how chargebacks stay rare.

Freight that matches the cube

A small replenishment and a seasonal push should not be priced the same way. We quote the mode that fits.

DTC orders from the same inventory

You do not have to split the catalog into a retail pile and a DTC pile.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Yes. EDI is live, including through SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, and Cleo where the retailer needs that network. Purchase orders, ASNs, and invoices move for the trading partners we already support.
