Privacy notice

Updated October 2, 2026

This notice describes how 3PL Zone handles personal information collected through this website. It is a draft. A lawyer needs to read it against the way the company actually works and against the places it operates, including GDPR and CCPA where those laws reach.

What you type into a form

If you ask for a quote or write to us, we receive the details you submit: name, email, phone, company, and whatever you put in the message.

What the browser sends

The site may record an IP address and basic usage information so we can keep it available and see which pages are used. That collection stays limited to running and improving the site.

Why those details exist

We use them to answer you, to prepare a quote, to operate the site, and to meet security or legal duties.

Selling personal information is not part of this business.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working. If analytics are switched on, they are there to understand aggregate visits. A browser can block cookies that are not required.

Other companies that see data

Email, hosting, and similar vendors may process data because they run pieces of the site. They should be under terms that require care. We also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long it stays

Personal information is kept while we need it for the reason it was collected, or longer if a law says so. We use ordinary technical and organizational safeguards. This page does not describe a certified security program.

Access, correction, and deletion

Depending on where you live, you may be able to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or object to some uses. Use the contact page, or the data deletion page, to start that request.

Counsel still has to review this

A lawyer should review this draft before the site is treated as live policy. It must match real data practices and the jurisdictions that apply. It is not a finished privacy policy.
