These terms cover use of the 3PL Zone website. Using the site means you accept them. They are a draft for counsel, not the contract that would govern warehouse services.
Using the site
Use the site for lawful purposes. Do not try to break it, overload it, or reach parts of it that are not yours.
A quote is not the service contract
Pages about services are general. A quote is based on what you tell us and is still subject to a separate agreement if you hire the warehouse. That agreement, not this page, governs the work.
Who owns the site
The words, the name, and the design belong to 3PL Zone or to people who licensed them to us. Do not copy them for your own site without permission.
The site can be wrong or down
We try to keep pages accurate and available. We do not promise that every sentence is current or that the site never fails. Service descriptions are not a guarantee of a transit time, a customs status, or a software connection.
Limits on claims about the website
Where the law allows a limit, use of this website does not create a claim for downstream losses or lost profits. A specific problem with the site is a question for a lawyer to frame.
When these words change
We may revise these terms. If you keep using the site after a revision, you are accepting the newer version.
Counsel still has to review this
A lawyer should review this draft before launch. It is a starting point for the website, not a substitute for legal advice or for the service agreement.
