FBA replenishment from a Miami warehouse

Sending an entire production run into FBA feels simple until storage limits, aged inventory, or a quiet month make it expensive. A buffer building lets the big receipt land somewhere calmer. FBA then gets replenishment sized to what is actually selling.

Use the buffer beside Amazon Warehousing and Distribution, or instead of it. Replenishment into FBA is automatic: when the level you set is hit, the next shipment is prepared and sent. You still choose the threshold.

The same units do not have to be Amazon-only. Walmart, your site, or a wholesale account can take from the pile. Prep for an FBA shipment still has to meet Amazon's inbound rules when that truck is the one leaving.
